Agile Coffee Talk successfully completed on 25th June at Hyatt, Bangalore. It was an amazing event with “Enterprise Agile Transformation” as the theme.
It would not do justice to the Coffee Talk on a cloudy Saturday morning without a coffee to start with. So the event started with a cup of coffee followed by a talk by Ravindra Prasad, Head of Engineering and Technology at Tesco, who shared his personal experience in transforming the entire organization from water fall methodology to agile at enterprise level with different technologies and varied skill levels.
